CBD Chocolate Avocado Mousse – Vegan

Who doesn’t like CBD and Chocolate?

Whilst we would always recommend taking the oils under the tongue to maximise effects, did you know that you can add them to food and drinks too?

In fact when you ingest Cannabinoids along side foods rich in omega 3 fatty acids (like walnuts and avo) your body absorbs the cannabis much more quickly and effectively, enhancing results.   (Why not throw some other high omega ingredients in like hemp seeds?)

Chocolate also contains anandamide, so if are going to add CBD to a recipe then this one would be hard to beat!

INGREDIENTS

Pulp of 1 medium Avocado

25g Cocoa Powder

30g Maple Syrup

100g Cashew Milk

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

1/4 tsp Salt

6 drops of TT CBD oil

To Decorate or dip;

Rapberries, Walnuts, Mint leaves

 

Method;

Halve and pit the avocados, then scoop the flesh into a food processor.

Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, cashew milk, vanilla extract, and salt.

Blend until super smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the bowl as needed.

Add the TT CBD and give a quick mix to combine.

Spoon into two glasses and decorate with fresh raspberry, walnuts, mint and whichever omega and terpene rich toppings you fancy.

Enjoy immediately as a pudding, or if you can resist and want a thicker, mousse-like consistency pop it in the fridge for 2+ hours.
